Delivery time

The delivery of orders is made by Envialia within 3 to 5 working days (this time frame is approximate).

Bear in mind that deliveries are done on working days Monday to Friday, and never on holidays, for this reason we recommend you use a delivery address where someone can receive the delivery.

Delivery expenses

Delivery expenses for Spain are €5.50 (15€ to Europe) to be paid when placing the order and never to the transport agent on delivery. Under no circumstances will we send orders to areas that require the payment of customs duty.

For orders above €150 delivery is FREE.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the garments acquired in, you have 15 calendar days from the day of delivery to return them.

Remember that the easiest way to return an article acquired on the Internet is to go in person to one of our STORES. Or you can also request that we send a transport agent to your home to collect the articles you wish to return

To return an article you must follow these steps:

Mark the receipt

Use the same receipt that we sent you with the order and mark the article(s) to be returned.


Enclose the receipt together with the article(s) being returned inside the original packaging and seal the packet.

Remember that returns will only be accepted if they comply with the following requirements:

  • The garments have not been washed or used in any way.
  • The garments are in the same condition as when delivered, and still have their original label.
  • The product is complete (for example, both elements that constitute a pair must be returned).
  • The receipt marked with the article(s) being returned must be inside the packet.

If an article returned does not meet these requirements, the price will not be refunded. The article will be returned to you, at your expense.


Currently, it is not possible to change products.

To get your product in another colour or size you will have to return it and request a new garment via, by placing a new order.

Erroneous or defective garment

We will refund the amount of your purchase once our warehouse has processed its return.

Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment was effected.

minimil will not refund the amount until the garment object of return to our stores has been received and checked.  Once the correct state of the returned product has been checked, we will proceed with repayment of the corresponding amount within thirty days from the date of reception of the returned product.
